Beginner Agility is for anyone new to the sport and for Novice Level dogs. Dogs will learn to go over all types of jumps, shoot through tunnels, be introduced to contact equipment and learn some basics on weave poles. It can create a stronger bond between you and your dog, gives your dog mental stimulation and provides plenty of physical exertion. Whatever your goals are with your dog, this class will help get your dog ready to compete or to give you and your dog something new and fun to do.

Bring your treats and toys!

This class has limited space and can fill up quickly! Dogs must be of 12 months and older and have gone through Basic Obedience with The Canine Connection, had similar training to our Basic Obedience, or have previous experience in training agility. If not, an evaluation will have to be done with an instructor. Appointment must be scheduled.

The staff are so good with our girl and she has so much fun there. When we need to go out of town for a few days or just send her for doggy daycare for socialization and exercise, her well being doesn't even cross my mind because I know she's in such good hands. When my husband takes her for doggy daycare and she realizes where they are going, she gets so excited that she looses her mind and tries to climb into the front seat with him (usually directly over the top of his head). She truly loves it there.

I started bringing my standard poodle puppy to the Canine Connection for obedience training. She loved the place so much that I experimented with bringing her to daycare for the socialization and exercise. The experience has been great. The first noticeable effect has that she came home obviously happy and tired. The longer-term effect is that she asks to visit and treats every trip to the Canine Connection as Christmas. I couldn't be happier. It's good for her fitness, her politeness, and her general happiness.

Our Golden Retriever is not very sociable. We started taking Andy here a few months ago. The staff is so good with him and helps him in many ways! They keep a close eye on all the dogs and are very loving to all! Andy loves going here!

i could not recommend this place more!!!!!! my puppy billie absolutely loves this place & so do i!! she's the first dog i've had on my own & leaving her when i go on work trips was challenging at first, but the staff at canine connection completely put me at ease. they are so kind and caring, and billie is also super happy when i get her back. i also LOVE that they post on social media frequently!
