Please know that the incidence of injury or illness while boarding with us is extremely rare. Using the standard of “If it were my own dog, what would I do,” we will determine whether the dog needs medical attention. If the answer is yes, the dog will be taken to A) your vet if it is close by, B) a local vet in whom The Canine Connection has 100% confidence, or C) the emergency vet clinic if it’s after hours. Payment in full for any veterinary expenses incurred by The Canine Connection is required upon check-out. Owners will always be notified immediately if we feel the dog needs medical attention.
